Computers can be a pain the rear. Overtime, a computer will get slower and slower. Im sure you have tried to even clean your computer up with spyware and virus removal programs. Although this can help, the truth is that your computer will never be how fast it was when you bought it. This is why Im writing today. Im going to provide 6 easy steps, that will help make your computer run extremely fast.
1.) Download AVG Anti-Virus, Spybot, and Adware. Run these programs, and they will delete all spyware and registry errors.
2.) Find the icon My Computer. Right-click on it and select Advanced. Under Performance select Settings. Now select adjust for best performance.
3.) Go to Start Run. Typed in: msconfig click on the far right tab titled startup. De-select all of the programs that you dont need to start up when you boot your computer. These are all programs that run in the background that slow your computer down!
4.) Upgrade your memory. This helps your computer process programs a lot faster! Simply buy a stick of memory and place it into your memory slot on your computer. 2GB of memory is plenty. You can get it for only $14. See bottom of article.
5.) Get a new graphics card. This will definitely help improve your computer frame rate for all programs and games. You can get a great video card for as cheap as $40.
6.) Upgrade your CPU. Get a dual core or even a quad core central processing unit. These will cost more than memory and graphics cards usually.
If you follow all of the steps above, or even some, you will see fast improvements in your PC. You will not believe it was even the same computer you have been working on.
